I'm truly amazed by the level of education in the rural areas of Somalia, where hospital facilities are notably lacking. Just take a look at the video, the remarkable level of orthopaedic expertise on display. The gentlemen adeptly perform a series of procedures, including initial skin traction, subsequent closed reduction, and ultimately, the application of cast immobilization using plaster of Paris.
