When a ship the size of three football fields crashed into and collapsed the Francis Scott Key Bridge, we lost six Marylanders. It also threatened the livelihoods of Marylanders and millions of Americans whose prosperity depended on the Bridge. As we begin to rebuild, I’m continually thankful for the bipartisan Congressional support that authorized the cost-share to rebuild this critical infrastructure.
