No, he pauses because he has a speech impediment and is not sure the words will come out right. I know this because I’m a health professional and have dealt with people like this my entire career, also my grandson is 17, he’s 9th in the nation in wrestling and he travels all over the world to wrestle, he is a straight A student who has a 4.0 grade average and has colleges all over the United States that want him to wrestle for them but he has a speech impediment and he says he feels like a deer in headlights when he’s expected to speak to somebody who approaches him. This is what I saw in Biden the night of the debate and a little fear because of it. Don’t kid yourself. I’ve seen it, I know what it looks like. Don’t judge Joe Biden for that.

it is stunning that not even a word is mentioned about the rapist and the felon and the man who lied 28 times during the debate which wasn't even a debate because of his lies. Hell Trump makes them money every time they talk about him so they keep talking.

I couldn’t agree with you more. I hate the ageism in this country. Trump is only three years younger. They’re trying to push Biden out. I don’t know why the media is also going along with it, even MSNBC. I just hope it stops. We need to focus on Trump and his Nazi ideas
