The approval of the Clarity Act could be for Ethereum what the spot $BTC ETFs were for Bitcoin. Ethereum is by far the dominant blockchain for stablecoins, making it one of the biggest beneficiaries of regulatory clarity. After the spot ETF approval, Bitcoin rallied more than 7x from its 2022 bear market low. If Ethereum were to experience a similar move in the next bull market, $ETH could potentially trade above $10,000.
