FRAUDULENT CDL SCHOOL UPDATE: DHS alongside the DOT has found 75 CDL schools suspected of helping illegals fraudulently qualify for CDL licenses. These “schools”, called CDL mills, would fast track non-English speaking illegals through their “classes” and help them obtain non-domiciled CDL licenses. These “mills” led to hundreds of... thousands of illegals being issued fraudulent CDL licenses, resulting in Americans being killed on U.S. highways. Earlier this year, I began investigating how migrants were getting licenses and found schools just like the one below, advertising CDL classes in foreign languages to migrants overseas, even offering free housing and airport pick up for migrant attendees. Some schools even advertised that migrants could get their license in “as little as 10 days”. DOT has tried to crack down on this issue and has since: Taken 24,000 drivers off the roads for failing to speak English Forced states to cancel 28,000 licenses illegally issued to foreign drivers Purged 9,500 unqualified CDL training schools from FMCSA registry. The DOT also re-instated “English Language Proficiency” requirements, ensuring that drivers could speak/understand English before being granted their CDL license. Now they’re going after the nationwide CDL mills that helped these non-English speaking migrants get their licenses. (I am unaware if the below school is a part of the above mentioned investigation and will reach out to the DOT for comment. I am simply attaching the video as an example of how CDL schools across the nation have been advertise their CDL training programs).show more

Check out this CDL school operating out of UTAH while specifically advertising to Afghan migrants. They posted this video a week ago, showing an Afghan migrant learning how to drive a semi on a U.S. highway while speaking in a different language. He was then posted with his CDL certificate advertising the school to other migrants. The entire TikTok page consists of videos just like this one and they state that they offer their CDL training in English, Pashto and Persian, with some of their graduates talk about passing the program in just 2 weeks:

Two days ago, her truck was hit by a foreign driver who then tried to flee the scene. She called police and followed him, making it clear he wasn’t going to escape. When she confronted him, she discovered he relied entirely on a translation app to communicate. After digging further, she learned that just a month earlier, this same driver had been placed out of service for failing the English-proficiency test required to maintain his CDL. These are truck driver's licenses awarded to non residents--foreigners--including some here illegally. In 2024 and 2025, the state saw a huge jump in the number of non-domiciled CDL issued by IL SOS. In fact, an industry watchdog group obtained records via FOIA that showed roughly 40% of ALL CDLs issued by IL SOS in 2025 went to foreigners. FMCSA determined at least 20% of all non-domiciled CDLs issued by IL SOS were done so illegally. Applicants did not furnish federally required paperwork including unexpired passports and IL SOS issued CDLs for a longer period of time than the applicants' work authorization permitted. The audit also "uncovered evidence of systemic policy, procedural, and programming errors" in how the IL SOS handled non-domiciled CDL applications. Nonetheless, IL SOS is fighting FMCSA's findings, claiming that "every non-domiciled CDL applicant in Illinois presented validly immigration documents." IL SOS also refused to revoke/suspend the unlawfully issued CDLs officials identified in the FMCSA audit. This is wild. Harjas Podcast Indy posted a video on Facebook the other day, and I had to run it through an AI translator just to understand what was being said.
