FRAUDULENT CDL SCHOOL UPDATE: DHS alongside the DOT has found 75 CDL schools suspected of helping illegals fraudulently qualify for CDL licenses. These “schools”, called CDL mills, would fast track non-English speaking illegals through their “classes” and help them obtain non-domiciled CDL licenses. These “mills” led to hundreds of... thousands of illegals being issued fraudulent CDL licenses, resulting in Americans being killed on U.S. highways. Earlier this year, I began investigating how migrants were getting licenses and found schools just like the one below, advertising CDL classes in foreign languages to migrants overseas, even offering free housing and airport pick up for migrant attendees. Some schools even advertised that migrants could get their license in “as little as 10 days”. DOT has tried to crack down on this issue and has since: Taken 24,000 drivers off the roads for failing to speak English Forced states to cancel 28,000 licenses illegally issued to foreign drivers Purged 9,500 unqualified CDL training schools from FMCSA registry. The DOT also re-instated “English Language Proficiency” requirements, ensuring that drivers could speak/understand English before being granted their CDL license. Now they’re going after the nationwide CDL mills that helped these non-English speaking migrants get their licenses. It's sad that every time we get on the highways now, I get nervous and find myself looking at the drivers of each tractor trailer and praying they speak/read English! Not the country we grew up in.

ALL cdl schools that did this must have there credentials ripped away, and all people who lost any family members need to sue them past bankruptcy. This is the only way to deter any other company from doing this.

My husband just retired after 45 years as a petroleum hauler. The stories he told...he was more leery of the "Canadian" truckers than commuters at the end.

I own a small fleet of trucks. This is a huge issue on our roads.

As a truck driver you ought to see what these animals do in a truck stop .

I got my CDL back in 2005. My 'school' was a mill, although the class was mostly made up of Americans. Truck driving is an apprenticeship. They get you a license quickly, but you don't know how to drive a truck. That requires a trainer. Foreigners are just cheaper labor.

I'm sure it's super easy to find them. Just get a list of driving schools in one column and owner name in another column. If it's a street shitter or goat fucker in column 2, 99.99% chance it's a scam!

How are they passing the background checks, written, & driving tests at the DMV?

It’s hard to believe the companies that hire the drivers have never spoke with them in English. Is there not company training after being hired that involves verbal or written communication?

I took a interest in this issue. I chose to study about immigration. Especially on how illegal immigration cripples and sabotages the American society. So they're investigating the fraudulent CDL schools now. I hope they shut them down.

Are these foreigners being taken off the road and licenses revoked being deported, as they should? Dmv employees, trucking school owners, and trucking company owners should be arrested as well. Any owners that are foreign should be deported.
