FRAUDULENT CDL SCHOOL UPDATE: DHS alongside the DOT has found 75 CDL schools suspected of helping illegals fraudulently qualify for CDL licenses. These “schools”, called CDL mills, would fast track non-English speaking illegals through their “classes” and help them obtain non-domiciled CDL licenses. These “mills” led to hundreds of... thousands of illegals being issued fraudulent CDL licenses, resulting in Americans being killed on U.S. highways. Earlier this year, I began investigating how migrants were getting licenses and found schools just like the one below, advertising CDL classes in foreign languages to migrants overseas, even offering free housing and airport pick up for migrant attendees. Some schools even advertised that migrants could get their license in “as little as 10 days”. DOT has tried to crack down on this issue and has since: Taken 24,000 drivers off the roads for failing to speak English Forced states to cancel 28,000 licenses illegally issued to foreign drivers Purged 9,500 unqualified CDL training schools from FMCSA registry. The DOT also re-instated “English Language Proficiency” requirements, ensuring that drivers could speak/understand English before being granted their CDL license. Now they’re going after the nationwide CDL mills that helped these non-English speaking migrants get their licenses. (I am unaware if the below school is a part of the above mentioned investigation and will reach out to the DOT for comment.
