The Nicolas Brothers ... I met Fayard in the late 90s at his retirement home. He and I tapped danced together. He was a good guy.

Why am I only thinking of hip replacements when I watch this?

I remember the first time I saw this dance routine and I could not believe what I just saw. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. I didn't know it was humanly possible to do what the Nicholas Brothers did in that dance sequence.

Why do I like the entertainment from back then so much better? It had so much more style !!

I showed a group of 5-11 year olds (the world’s HARSHEST critics 😂) the Nicholas Brothers’ full routine and they agree.

I hate that kind of dancing 🙄 it's gymnastics and it's hard on the body. I remember, in the 80's, when dancers would slam down onto there knees. My Royal Academy of ballet instructor would cringe. It's horrible on the body. Look what happened to Prince after years of it.

I absolutely love old films, especially with dances such as this. I used to love watching them with my Nan and Grandad💛 Epic moves!

The Nicholas Brothers were the best dancers to come out of tinseltown. Those men were on another level!

They maintained their health magnificently! Was introduced to who they were and their history in Janet Jacksons 1989 video "Alright". I remember how cool it was to see so many dance styles merged into one video.
