BREAKING: JUDGE WHO ORDERED €40,000 RAID OF ENOCH BURKE'S BANK ACCOUNT SAYS "YOU WON'T BE SEEING ME AGAIN" AND "I WISH YOU WELL" The salary of teacher Enoch Burke continues to be diverted by the Irish Government. Mr Burke refused to affirm transgender ideology in his school and address a child with they/them pronouns. Enoch Burke attended the High Court on Tuesday this week expecting to be stripped of any further assets that he had. The Order of Mr Justice David Nolan of 25 March 2025 had instructed the Bank of Ireland to provide the Attorney General with all bank statements from January 2023 and details of any other accounts to which Enoch Burke had paid in excess of €250. However, on Tuesday, Brian Kennedy SC informed the Court that the Attorney General was seeking to make no further application in relation to the matter. He also requested that the Court vacate its Order freezing Enoch Burke's account. The Court agreed to this. Astonishingly, in addition, Judge David Nolan told Enoch Burke: "You won't be seeing me again" and "I wish you well". Whilst the media made much of the removal of Ammi Burke and Martina Burke from the courtroom, they had little or nothing to say about the substance of what transpired in Court on Tuesday. It is a serious matter when what is reported by journalists bears no true resemblance to what happened in the Court. In March 2025, the Court seized Enoch Burke's bank balance of €40,617.69, froze his bank account and diverted his salary into Court funds. The right to "freedom of conscience and the free profession and practice of religion" is the entitlement of every citizen and must be maintained.

I am testing the amazing Enoch by Mike HealthRanger and team and it is absolutely amazing. A free local AI built on a far wider field of wisdom. My goal: get it to run offline on an iPhone! I am quantizing the model to an aggressive 2-bit level using Q2_K or Q4_K_M. We lose some resolution but we gain portability to any device. The full free version is still small but requires more hefty hardware. But look at this emergency nuclear Fallout response. The keeper-of-the-status-quo Wikipedia types would have you suffer with limited crude ways to react. This response is stellar and will save your life. I will be working on the quantized version and if it is worthy release it for free on the MIT license like the larger Enoch. I will also incorporate this model with all of my other free models as it is a goldmine of astonishing work. Thank you Mike amazing work sir.

In her report today, she failed to report one word of what Enoch Burke spoke in today's High Court hearing. Judge Brian Cregan said that Enoch Burke can have his religious belief “outside the gate” of Wilson's Hospital School. The Constitution states otherwise: “freedom of conscience and the free profession and practice of religion… guaranteed to every citizen” (Article 44.2.1). Judge Cregan’s function and role on the bench is to uphold that Constitution, not his own ideas. The topic of the Court’s judgment this morning was how much Enoch Burke will be fined. The same Court has never dealt with the rights and wrongs of a School Principal demanding a teacher to use the “they” pronoun and a new name for a student in a classroom. This was Principal Niamh McShane’s demand of all teachers in Wilson's Hospital School. This was the basis for Enoch Burke's suspension - his refusal to comply with Principal McShane's demand. Judge Brian Cregan has closed his eyes to the Principal’s instruction and refused to vindicate Enoch Burke’s constitutional rights. Separately Judge Cregan is proposing to ban Martina Burke, Dr Isaac Burke and Ammi Burke from attending court hearings. No particulars have been provided by Judge Cregan for why this sanction is being proposed.
