@MITOCW Is this applicable to multi-agent systems?

@MITOCW this is the gold standard for online course material. His OS class is just as good. You can git pull the labs and run the correctness tests they use for grading. The OS class has a custom kernel they made specifically for learning. Wish there was more content of this quality

Distributed systems are fundamental to modern computing, enabling reliable and scalable services through coordinated processes. Professor Robert Morris provides a rigorous foundation in this lecture, covering essential concepts like consensus and fault tolerance. Given the complexity of these systems, how do you evaluate the trade-offs between consistency and availability in large-scale architectures?

@MITOCW Couldn't agree more

@MITOCW Indeed. This is what great teaching looks like. Someone who knows the material deeply enough to build it from scratch at a blackboard. I was blessed with incredible teachers.

@MITOCW I know he was about to go off with that giant stick of chalk, I’ll have to watch the full vid

@MITOCW Save Truth and Trust..!

@MITOCW not simpler, but much more interesting to build
