AI tools making the same list as Bash and git is the clearest signal I've seen that this is infrastructure now. Academia doesn't put optional skills in the missing-fundamentals course.

The one I'd add: reading production logs and distributed traces. Most CS grads can write code but freeze when a service is degraded at 2am and they're staring at a wall of spans. Debugging under pressure is a learnable skill, not intuition — and it's never in the curriculum.
