Never take a field sobriety test… never talk to an alcohol recognition specialist. Both are scams and not accurate.

Walk and turn should be done stepping heal to toe. HGN(eye test) should be completed without moving your head, only your eyes. Inability to follow directions is the whole basis of what Field Sobriety is testing. Your ability to be attentive, which clearly he is not

She's sounds like she enjoys power and is on a power trip! Can't stand the attitudes they exhibit when arresting people. I get it, it's a tough job, you do not need to sound like a robot. Make the arrest, you don't need to sound like a wind-up cop in a box.

1) Female street cops are worthless 2) Field sobriety tests are incredibly subjective 3) I DETEST drunk drivers, but these irrational tests are NOT to be relied upon. Just absurdly biased.

I have done physical therapy to stand on one leg for 3+ years. Roadside tests are designed to not be able to pass. Dead sober it’s hard to stand on one leg and touch your nose. It’s bullshit the cops stack the deck. Especially when you haven’t done anything.

My guess is a few extra pain pills and a few pops at the course. He'll do a diversion program He'll apologize week 1 in Cincinnati in cbs. All will be good
