It is Ron but not just for citizens. We should fight for it for every person who steps inside of this country (unless they are an enemy combatant) irregardless of legal status. We know a threat to freedom of speech against anyone in this country is a threat to everyone's freedom of speech.

Should free speech protect those ideologies that seek to destroy free speech? Communists are hiding behind free speech. Islam is hiding behind free speech. Both would subvert and outlaw free speech. Protecting speech as such is a losing game- u destroy it for everyone.
