The terrorist stabbed Sunday Jackson multiple times in his leg with a knife. 4. In the ensuing struggle, Mr. Jackson managed to dislodge the knife and stabbed the terrorist with the TERRORIST’S OWN KNIFE. 5. This led to the death of the terrorist. 6. Sunday Jackson has been CONVICTED and sentenced to death by hanging. 7. The Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Nigeria both upheld his Conviction/Death Sentence and he remains on death row. 7.
