He also says he thinks he knew what was on the bullets. He says he thinks other people had advanced foreknowledge.. believes Tyler Robinson PULLED THE TRIGGER. I cannot agree with Viva Frei any more than I do that it’s nearly impossible for Twiggs to have had ZERO clue about what was going to happen. They will end up being right on this. Mark it.

The Daily Mail headline claiming “Bullet used to kill Charlie Kirk did NOT match rifle allegedly used by suspect Tyler Robinson” is FAKE NEWS. That's not what the court filings said at all. Court filings indicating the ATF ballistic comparison was “inconclusive.” Which means there wasn't enough ballistics data on the bullet jacket fragment to determine whether it matched or didn't match Tyler Robinson’s rifle. This is a totally common result for a ballistics analysis, inconclusive results happen in these cases between 20-66% of the time, and it means NOTHING. But—the ATF report did contain a very interesting piece of information. The court filings reveal the existence of the bullet jacket fragment itself. Not an in-tact bullet. A fragment. Which means the bullet that killed Charlie Kirk fragmented. Which explains the lack of an exit wound.

CONFIRMED: Charlie Kirk's NECK DID STOP the bullet and was shot from the front, BUT it was NOT from a .30-06 round. It was a SMALLER ROUND. This just FLIPPED the ENTIRE case on it's head because we now know that the gun the FBI showed us is NOT the gun that shot the bullet that killed Charlie. - The front wound is a CONFIRMED "ENTRANCE WOUND," but not caused by a .30=06 caliber bullet. - Charlie's neck/bones did stop the bullet because a fragment was found beneath the skin where they said they did. - An AUTOPSY always shows the gun and caliber in the report if it is confirmed by the doctor, but NO GUN or CALIBER detail were listed at ALL on Charlie's autopsy because it was NOT a .30-06 caliber bullet. - This is why Charlie's neck/bones DID stop the bullet because it was a SMALLER ROUND from a DIFFERENT GUN.
