My buddy just sold donut bar to Carl’s donuts so this is the only game downtown now. For now. Pinks is good but I can’t wait to try carls. @CarlsDonutsLV

Not sure about the revitalization part. The downtown area has had the traffic for a while now. It is good to see some more amenities so there is more purpose.
