@vonderleyen Reasons for delays aside your 4 euro voucher per person for a delay is a disgrace, stuck in palma airport for the next 7 hours with 3 kids and you give us 20 euro

@vonderleyen Boarded our delayed 13:30 flight today at 14:15 only to be told we've to wait 2 hours for a runway slot, 3 hrs later got taken off the flight due to technical issues and the crew had to be changed now 20:08 back on the plane and still haven't taken off, Zero vouchers or anything

@vonderleyen Once again, the strike was announced 2 weeks in advance, all passengers that were affected due to canceled or delayed flights must receive compensation! A strike announced in advance is not an extraordinary circumstance!

Scan any documents, convert images into text, PDF files, etc. 👍

@vonderleyen you can control how you conduct yourself as an airline. Once again inaudible cabin and captain announcements. It’s 2025 FFS how difficult is it to update people clearly. Then moved us from the terminal to the side of the runway to sit here! 1 hr 30 and counting. Shite

@vonderleyen Michael O'Leary is a great CEO

@vonderleyen So poor, the air traffic control should be ashamed. My daughter is meant to be in Madrid on the first day of a 3 day trip with school. No trips during covid this was a much needed escape for them before their final year in school. Stuck in Birmingham airport for a full day

@vonderleyen I was distracted by photobombing bovine

@vonderleyen By the way, the strike was announced 2 weeks in advance so it is not an extraordinary circumstance!

@vonderleyen Did they discover no one ever wins on a Ryanair lottery card?

@vonderleyen Ryanair, you’re a shower of sh1t - you move us onto the plane in Fuerteventura knowing the airport shuts at midnight and knowing we weren’t going to be able to depart. Absolute shite
