So many people are telling this man that he doesn’t have control of his own dog. The way the dog disregards his commands and does what he asks shows that this isn’t going to end well for him. The man argues and says the dog obeys him most of the time. But judging by the interactions he has like this one, he is over confident. Especially with a dog who is aggressive and territorial like this one. I never understood why people want aggressive dogs they can’t control, maybe as a status symbol but this is how owners and innocent people get bit. Should owners have to show proof they can control their dog as part of ownership?

Manifesto week is a bit like having your meals designed by a four year old – so expect Haribo, party rings, and Jammy Dodgers. What I’m going to be looking out for, though, is who is brave enough to put broccoli on the menu. Who is brave enough to include some unpopular policies… as well as the sugary crowd pleasers. Because let’s face it – whatever the make up of Parliament in a month’s time…the economic picture is not going to change overnight. National debt will still be cripplingly high… public services will still need more investment… and the tax burden will still be at historically high levels. Will there be a manifesto this week that addresses the scale of the challenge – and that levels with voters about what that really means in terms of policy?

Here is my last point on Kimmel. If Kimmel came on and apologized like this the day after his remarks he probably wouldn’t have been suspended. But by all accounts he wanted to double down. Again for the billionth time this isn’t a free speech issue. He works for Mickey Mouse on NETWORK TV. Nobody said he was going to jail. He was dealing with the consequences of making off color jokes about the murder of a guy who meant a ton to a ton of people and blamed it on the very people who love him the most before the body was even cold. So yeah there was outrage that Mickey had to deal with. Then the pendulum swung the other way and they put him back on air. Either way it was never a free speech issue. When you work for somebody else and you offend a ton of people you deal with the consequences. Him framing this as free speech is a joke.

#JAYB: last time, when i sang this song (rocking chair), i couldn’t stop crying, so i could barely sing it. the hyung i had worked with, who was also going through a difficult time then, was in chiang mai to take a mental rest. so when i performed in thailand at that time, he came to watch my performance. even though i was there with so many ahgases, somehow, the moment i sang this song, it really felt like it was just the two of us. even now, i still feel a bit like that when i think about it. everything is okay now. k’m okay, hyung is okay, and everything is fine, but the emotions i felt back then are still very strongly etched in my memory. so whenever i think about that time, i think i still get a little choked up. so that’s why i usually try not to sing this song at concerts.
