What if when the pawns are double attacked, black plays Bc6?

Never thought about this, should definitely produce a good win rate at lower levels, but don’t feel good about 5…dxe4 6.Bc4 Qf6 7. Qxb7 Qc6. Black just seems comfortably better but maybe I’m misevaluating it. Maybe should give it a try because I suck vs French
