Natives called Gávea Rock in Rio as Itanhangá, meaning the "Rock of the Spirits", cos this phenomena is often seen there to date. Picture below taken by myself.

I’ve seen tic-tac/cigar(white) & metallic spheres, they have cloaking abilities & flicker before they disappear. But not going through stuff if this is real.
