Macron urges to stay vigilant 🙏 French President has urged the nation to protect themselves as much as possible and adapt to unprecedented conditions. "We are living through a completely unprecedented period. We can adapt to climate change, but it is impossible to quickly adapt to a heatwave unlike anything Europe has ever experienced and unlike anything in our own history," Macron said. France has never experienced such a prolonged period of extreme heat. Temperatures are currently 15°C above the seasonal average.
