As a bank, we’ll soon offer accounts protected by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) up to £120,000 per person on eligible deposits. I’m at the Guangzhou train station. This place looks like an airport. In fact, it’s probably larger than many small airports. China does scale in a manner that many people cannot perceive because it’s the only place in the world like that. You just need to experience it for yourself! Lines are automated (no humans, you self verify with your own ID), there’s numerous rows of baggage screening security and the wait is effectively zero (unlike most US airports where you dedicate 15-30mins in a queue). #mooinchina

This is the Sunderland Ridge Waste Water Treatment Plant in Region 4. We made an offer oversight visit to the facility today to check on progress regarding its refurbishments. The upgrades to the facility are intended to improve security, upgrade modules to allow for better treatment of sludge and water treatment capacity. Work is underway to fast track completion of the upgrades at the facility which were delayed by technical issues. We joined MMC for Utility Services Cllr Frans Boshielo during the oversight visit. City of Tshwane
