Very Keel-like and may explain some of what we're dealing with. ~~~ The Secret History of Twin Peaks Portions of the government we both served with pride have failed us. They have lied, withheld secrets, acted in their own selfish interests, at the expense of their citizens. And don't believe anyone who tells you this all began in Roswell in ’47. I'm convinced now, that whatever I've glimpsed or encountered and spent my life tracking, has been with us since humankind came down out of the trees. It is not something "out there," in the president's words - they may well have once been our "neighbors" from some distant star, but I believe they were here before us. I believe that were we able to look deeply at the whole of human history, we would see that they have always been here. I believe they have observed, helped, haunted, tormented, and teased us, since the beginning of time, for reasons entirely their own. I believe that they are a multitude, and that their true nature is singular and energetic, not physical. Evolved in some way, light-years beyond our ability to understand, and as a consequence, our limited, linear sense of time means nothing to them. I'm convinced now, that whatever I've glimpsed or encountered and spent my life tracking, has been with us since humankind came down out of the trees. It is not something "out there," in the president's words - they may well have once been our "neighbors" from some distant star, but I believe they were here before us. I believe that were we able to look deeply at the whole of human history, we would see that they have always been here. I believe they have observed, helped, haunted, tormented, and teased us, since the beginning of time, for reasons entirely their own. I believe that they are a multitude, and that their true nature is singular and energetic, not physical. Evolved in some way, light-years beyond our ability to understand, and as a consequence, our limited, linear sense of time means nothing to them. A few of us were chosen, for some strange purpose, to learn more about them. Or perhaps for other reasons. I believe their presence fills more than the skies or these woods. They lie at the root-cause of every extra-normal or paranormal experience our species has recorded: religious, spiritual, scientific, ghostly, inspirational, angelic, and demonic. From the burning bush, to Fatima and Lourdes, to vampires and sky people, monsters and abductions in the night, and Roswell and Homestead and all those strange lights and craft seen for millennia by so many of us in so many skies. I believe all of these phenomena that our puffed-up egos and busy-ant minds persist in trying to label, categorize, penetrate and comprehend, all spring from this same uncanny source. This is the mother of all Others. And were we ever able to set our eyes on its ultimate nature, we would find it as foreign, incomprehensible and indifferent to us as ours would be to bacterial microbes swimming in a drop of water. These final truths you must never forget. We are utterly incapable of knowing their true intent, and their true intent may not be to wish us well. It may be that they're here to guide or even aid our evolution. It's equally possible we may matter no more to them than those random protozoa in our tap water do to us. In other words, by our meager moral definitions, they may be both good and evil. And those precious distinction of ours mean nothing to them. So Jacob Terkelsen, a PC diehard with a history of inaccuracies, did an apples to oranges PC comparison to try to prove Black Myth WuKong's game director was lying or wrong (lol) about Series S's ram limitations coupled with a lack of optimisation experience, being the cause for the lack of an Xbox release. Here's my video debunking him and highlighting numerous inaccuracies and/or misleading aspects to his process, conclusions and data. I've also included a second video where I debunked some of the past things he was also spectacularly wrong about, with similar misplaced analysis and poor methodology. Finally, here is a link to a debate we had in Spaces on X on this subject. Discussion from 3:33:00 onwards. There have been over a dozen studios/devs who have complained about the Series S now, including on memory issues specifically, potentially breaking NDA to do so. But of course, the fanboys continue to try to discredit the developers actually working on these consoles, the folk making the games for this hobby we love, all to pander to their own insecurities and headcanon ideals. Imagine discrediting devs who are willing to share more insight than they ought to, when we should be embracing the insider info. And imagine thinking your own typical play test was equivalent to thousands of hours of QA testing to find worst case scenarios in the game, and of peak ram use. Embarrassing. I should add, I'd imagine the majority of Black Myth WuKong likely runs absolutely fine on Series S. But game optimisation is often about ironing out a minuscule minority of worst case scenarios or issues. Even a handful of problematic areas or instances in a game, could prevent release or certification. The great irony that this happen’s in Diviner’s Hymn… and the mirroring to Absolute Zeal is perfection. This is a god and goddess who are already in a religious marriage between gods, and she pursues him for healing which happens in the most sensual way. Despite their perceived opposing alignments, there’s an undeniable attraction and MC is stuck between her duty to her people but also her desire for Zayne. It adds an extra level of tension as to why she’s being so rough with him too - SHE kissed him and bit his lips before the kindled, she set a precedent for aggression and Zayne is matching her though not as roughly. Everything is consensual. I stand by the ritual has to be done to completion as he’s healing her, he’s not going to let her go without being fully healed no matter how much she thinks (or acts like she thinks) the worst of him, especially when they have been together for a while and intimate multiple times beforehand, so their relationship has more history and is more complex. I’ve said before how intimacy is easier to communicate desire and affection for ZayneMC after Acts of Service. This healing ritual IS an Act of Service communicated through Physical intimacy. There’s affection in this because despite MC thinking Zayne is at odds with her, he is healing her and giving her his power nonetheless. This scene already should make the reader question the intentions and unreliable narrative which only makes the later reveals make more sense. “Feel this and remember what I’m giving you” - feel what is between us and remember I’m the one healing you and giving you my power. It’s possessive and extremely sexy, but also quite explicitly putting it in her mind that “know it is *me* giving you this.” Why would he do this if he was set to be the man she thinks and misunderstood him as? Things are not straight forward and through the narrative we understand why they struggle in being direct, but as said earlier emotional intimacy and honesty are something ZayneMC work towards. Where their words struggle, their bodies cannot deny. “Accept it… this is only a power you can possess” - accept what I’m giving you and I’m only giving it to you. You are the only other person I deem worthy of what I have and I will give it to. Of course the intimacy is a big aspect of how the transference works, but this is also a reaffirmation of *him* giving her the ability to go against what she also perceives as *him* and he is willingly offering it to her for her own benefit. “I have answered your pleas and your desires… Yet I sense… An even deeper craving.” The ritual is done, he gave her what she pushed him for but they *both* still want more and he’s called out exactly what I said he would. It is the essence of “look at how your body is responding to me” - MC doesn’t want to admit she still wants Zayne, the standings she believes them to be on have put their union in a difficult position mentally and emotionally for her, but she can’t forget the man she adored and her want for him. Zayne reaffirms that, and it’s onto further reinforced in the lines akin to “you cannot get away from how I make you feel” in his sensing a “deeper craving” and them acting on it. Just as I said, he calls out the lust between them that MC has a habit of denying and playing with despite instigating and *teasing and pushing* Zayne. This is their pattern and it is consensual, Zayne is aware of it as they’ve been sexually active for a long time before these moments, so just like in Absolute Zeal he calls it out. The level of layers to this scene make it a perfect marriage of struggling emotional vulnerability, partnership, miscommunication, mythical godly relations (Hieros Gamos) and overwhelming mutual carnal desire which overrides everything at the end. Oh ZayneMC your writing is so incredible, and denying how these aspects converge oversimplifies the beauty and complexity of this extremely well written scene in how it illustrates their specific dynamic.

I asked the Premier one simple question: He started this fire of uncertainty, what is his plan to put it out and restore private property rights in British Columbia? The Premier refused to answer. He tried to blame past governments. He tried to change the subject. He even tried to twist Port Coquitlam’s land claim into a talking point, ignoring the fact that Brad West is doing what he refuses to do: be transparent and defend the land he is responsible for. I pressed him again. The fact is simple: when these cases go to court, you stand up and fight for private property owners. This government didn’t. They left Richmond homeowners and a $100-million investment exposed because they refused to assert fee simple rights in court. And when I confronted him with Brad West’s own words, that Port Coquitlam will “vigorously defend public ownership” and “private property rights” — the Premier still couldn’t say it himself. He still couldn’t say he would defend private property in B.C. Instead, he rambled about mining projects and claimed anyone who criticizes him “hates success.” That’s what he fell back on not an answer, not a plan, not accountability. Not once did he explain why the Province stayed silent for six years. Not once did he explain why Richmond homeowners learned about the threat to their titles from the judge, not from their government. Not once did he say he’d defend private property going forward.
