Notice: He's not talking about guaranteeing their wages keep up with inflation. He's talking about forcing them to work here, REGARDLESS of how much HE cuts their pay. Sounds a bit dangerous, no? It's people like him who are driving our NHS staff away!

How about: - Minimum required attendance of HoC by MPs - Minimum vote requirement for MPs - Remove subsidised bars and restaurants in HoC - Link MPs pay to lowest Public Sector Dept's pay increases ..and streamline ability to remove lying MPs from public life (you'd be gone)

If they were paid appropriately and had good working conditions they would stay However we do not train enough and we take Drs from overseas to fill half of the NHS posts - how crippled would we be if other countries did the same

Medicine degree is 5/6 years, student loan only for first four years, leave with huge debt. Then the long hours, no breaks, relentless workload. The govt tell you that you don’t deserve more money, this is a vocation. How about govt improve pay and conditions to stop drs leaving?

well - what a question to ask. Start paying people correctly , they will stay. My wife has been an NHS doctor for 25 years. On the front line. Nurses and Doctors are leaving in record numbers because of poor pay, poor working conditions and poor support!

If the government pay all my tuition fees, and other associated living costs, I'll sign up for that. However, my career choice, my debt, my life = totally my decision.

You might have a leg to stand on if university education and training were provided free by the state. If people pay for (ie buy) their education, taking out huge loans to do so, they should have the right to take their skills wherever they like. On yer bike.

Simply pay them more and it wouldn't be a question. Once again trying to stir up division. How about this, do you think there should be a minimum attendance in the HoC?

Not forced, no. But there should be financial penalties for those who graduate with a subsidised qualification. Perhaps uni fees should be adjusted to the higher fees overseas students pay. So if they choose to emigrate within 4 or 5 yrs of qualifying they pay the uplift in full?

Honestly, this simply proves you are a pretend MP. You show that the standard of MP has fallen to new lows.
