wow, great video👍 I would also love to hear how you market the app?

ASO for all apps Apple Store Ads for one app

Wow 🤩 I think it would be great if you made an article on ASO, cause it seems to work for you. I think it would help a lot of people.

ye i want to create a claude code skill that does everything ASO related i already have it for myself. just need to polish and glue everything together appreciate your support!

Dan is doing it!!!

subscribe!

Idk who Dan is but his advice sounds credible

Marketing finally worked

but if you have ANY maintenance or recurring costs it seems like lifetime plan is just selling yourself for slavery to your customers for one initial payment, FOREVER? right?

bro you are overthinking it 1) you can build apps without recurring costs (no account creation / no AI features) 2) most AI apps cost pennies per user nowadays. most ppl will also not use your app forever having active users with lifetime plan >>> having no users

sure sure but if you are building analytics app for a marketplace (like me) it depends on the marketplace, which can change any moment and then I need to fix my app or worse - they replace me altogether with internal features with lifetime plan I'm fucked more in this case, no?

noted

babe wake up a 6th tactic just dropped

The jump from 600 to 3k is the hardest one. After that the logic changes. Watching this.

5$ weekly / 15$ yearly / 19$ lifetime? is that correct?

it was like this yeah but i just switched to this

do you offer trial for any of these plans? btw thanks for sharing your knowledge!

weekly and annually subs get 3 day free trial tried 7 days too, but not sure which one is better still

Where are the one time purchases now? 😜 Congrats for the launch and the growth 💪

That's amazing, nice work!

Love to see it

Where to find an apple search ads guide you mentioned in the video? no link

Thanks for the detailed update. I did wonder what "cloud code" was for a while, then with context I realised you were saying "Claude Code"!

Thank you very much for sharing! This is great help for me 💯

All that don't work for all of my apps, they all traslated from day 1, as well as everything else. 🥹

maybe you build in overcrowded niches? i think you have bible app, language apps, water reminder (?), and others try lower competition keywords even if they bring less traffic this definitely helped me

i think bible in a year is a very promising format that you can double down maybe. also the best design out of all apps a lot of your ai apps were relevant pre good chatgpt and way less relevant now also decent number of reviews on habit tracker. could be something so i def recommend building more apps that follow what worked (bible/habit tracker) and stay away from ai niche might be completely wrong, just my 2 cents

thanks for the reply! habit tracker is super competetive, as well as bible

this is great!

This will help me with my saas.

$3k is a huge milestone. The jump to $10k often means ditching some of those early tactics for bigger, harder bets.

thanks for sharing... for anyone who dont want to watch full video below are key points 😀 Pricing Strategy - Moved from weekly/annual to weekly/yearly/lifetime tiers to reduce subscription fatigue. - Lifetime plan at $19 drove the biggest revenue boost, increasing daily sales significantly. Localization Impact - App Store metadata (name, keywords, description) translated across multiple languages increases visibility in local searches. - Localized screenshots improve conversion; AI tools can automate text overlay without creating 50+ manual versions. - Full app localization (27+ languages) ensures users see native language content, improving retention in European and non-English markets. Apple Ads Strategy - Easier to manage than Facebook or Google ads with straightforward setup (10 minutes to start). - Only spend on apps with proven conversion funnels—not "vitamin" apps where users don't convert. - Test multiple geographic regions since US bids are expensive and competition is high. Key Results iOS app revenue grew from $600/month to $2,600/month over 3 months through these optimizations.

I’m pretty sure all this paywall and pricing advice is for the 5% of developers who have already figured out how to get traffic. The real pain is finding users in the first place. Once you have traffic, you can start experimenting with paywalls and prices -which doesn’t make posts like this any less useful.

Great inputs! Well done Dan!

fucking best video

Really great content! Thanks for sharing

Great information

@grok Summarize this video in bullet points (5-7 key points), no fluff. Format: bulleted list, one sentence per point

what was your profit though?

Five times the revenue is a very good excuse for the all-caps victory lap. Congrats mate.

hahaha lets go man. you have been hella persistent u deserve this shit

what made you shift from SAAS to APPS?

@grok what is bro saying?

Awesome! Congrats and thanks for sharing your knowledge!

Thanks for the tips, really helpful. For localized screenshots, I’d recommend using XCUITest in Xcode. Of course, you can ask Claude to handle it. The idea is to create some mock data, then use XCUITest to enable the mock data, navigate through all the screens in each supported language, and automatically take the screenshots for you. It usually takes about 4 to 5 minutes to generate screenshots for 7 or 8 languages across 4 or 5 screens.
