They cannot beat BF2's music. I dunno who was composer but they absolutely aced the entire soundtrack, even the menu music was memorable. MEC loading screen:

And in bf3 each mão had its own loading screen sounds. Just by listening for long enough you could tell which map would be next

Heck yea! as a teenager I was in the same battlefield clan as one of the co-creators of DC. He got hired by DICE to form DICE NY to help development of BF2. Our clan as well as a bunch others didn't continue competing in BF2. It felt "slow" and milsim to us if you could believe

I love the classic background echoing radio chatter ambience for Battlefield, it just fits so well. Nowadays its abit dramatic.
