your iOS app is terrible and i've been an engineer on dozens of apps. it's really, really bad.

DON'T BUY SONOS! Look up what they did with their apps recently. Unilaterally & without warning removed key functionality which customers relied on when buying Sonos kit. Customers begged in their '000s for the apps to be rolled back. Sonos refused. Utter contempt for customers.

Forgot to unfollow since I'm no longer a customer. Uninstalled all of my sonos (arc, sub, era 300's, and a play 1) since it no longer works and upgraded my klipsch speakers and receiver. I'm happy with my home audio again. Same price I wasted on sonos.

When eill your App lets me have access to my own music library again? The Ace only really works as a Sonos device via WiFi when linked to an Arc Otherwise just a set of overpriced Bluetooth headphones
