We can advise the government to release funds from the Petroleum Development Levy to help stabilize fuel prices and ease the burden on ordinary Kenyans. However, there are serious concerns as to whether sufficient reserves remain, given their poor management, misuse of public funds, and the corrosive effects of corruption. Kenyans deserve transparency, accountability, and prudent stewardship of every shilling collected from taxpayers. Public funds meant to cushion citizens during difficult times must never be diverted or mismanaged while wananchi continue to struggle with the rising cost of living.

The EFCC recovered funds that were rightfully due to the NDDC. In partnership, those funds have now been transformed into the Renewed Hope Multipurpose Training Centre in Otuokpoti, Bayelsa State — a project that empowers the people, especially the youth. This is what accountability looks like. Thank you to @OfficialNDDC for keeping the trust.
