Well, “climate change” is a surprisingly easy fix. People would be surprised how malleable and engineerable the land and environment is. The key is to slow down wind and water. Just like in an impact, the airbag extends time. Even fractions of a second. To lower damage. Same with water and wind. This allows for roots to lock in the moving sand. Sand is just the foundation of soil. Like an empty condo building waiting to be filled. Once drought tolerant plants take hold they start a cycle that literally pulls water from the ground and the air to create cycles of rain.
