Many handles are posting this video with the claim that UPSC aspirant Abhishek was arrested by the MOTIHARI POLICE because of this video where he argued with SDO Anjali Sharma posted at Areraj in Motihari in Bihar. This is not true. Abhishek and 6 others including a woman named Ravina Yadav were arrested by the Police but not because of this argument but because an FIR was lodged against them by a School Principal named Abhinav Kumar who alleged that the team was blackmailing him and tried to extort 5 lakhs from him. We don't know how much truth is there in these allegations but this is why they were arrested.

Cody Harper the 20 years old who was attacked by 3 men and arrested is now due in court. He was taken to Perry Barr police station and left in the cells until the following day. While in there he asked for water and some food which he didn't receive until towards the end of his stay. The police told him he wouldn't be charged for the fight (the one where he was attacked) but he will be charged with assaulting an emergency worker. He will be at Birmingham magistrates court on the 23rd July.
