I can't log in to Hotmail. I've tried everything. It keeps saying “Too many login attempts”! It's unbearable—this has been going on for days! I've never seen a company do nothing for months on end.

Absolute trash company. Been almost a year since my email was hacked and their outdated recovery system and complete lack of human support gives me no ability to get my account back or the thousands of dollars of Xbox games and services that are connected to the account.

I would like to know why the email account that I use for applying for work and replying to emails is limited. I don't send spam or scam emails, and if someone has unauthorised access to my email accounts, I will go straight to the Australian Cybersecurity team to fix this mess
