From The Aftermath on NFL Network: The #Panthers begin their practice week with a new defensive play-caller. A look at why…

@nflnetwork The Why is because under Ejiro Evero we allowed 200+ rush yards 12 times because his scheme sucked. No need to watch the video.

@nflnetwork A new voice calling the defense could be exactly what Carolina needs. Now the Panthers have to turn that change into results on the field. 👀🏈

@nflnetwork Tough but decisive move, defensive struggles put carolina under pressure, Wash's experience should provide stability.🔥

@nflnetwork The aftermath ?

@nflnetwork The Panthers changed defensive play-callers on a Monday. Chargers fans are a little jealous somebody gets a fresh start this week.

@nflnetwork There is 0 reason why Ejiro Evero should be “respected.” He has never once in his tenure as DC fielded a top 10 defense. In fact, in 2024, he produced the single worst defense in NFL history. He is a complete fraud and national media constantly propping him up like this is gross

@nflnetwork Panthers fired DC Ejiro Evero + pass game coordinator Jonathan Cooley after 27-19 loss to Packers Oct 30. Interim DC Todd Wash takes over play-calling for final 10 games.

@nflnetwork They’re going to be a lot worse.
