I wish i knew this years ago. I've had one shoulder surgery already, and refused to do another becuase the recovery was so brutal...and now that i'm doing this...thank goodness that I didnt! Your shoulder pain might have a free solution. And it sounds almost too simple to be true. Hanging from a bar. According to Wolff's Law, you can actually change the shape of a bone based on the degree of mechanical loading. Dr. John Kirsch discovered that when you hang from a pull-up bar, you impose enough force to start reshaping a bone in your shoulder blade called the acromion. Years of bad posture and the weight of our arms literally HOOK this bone, and it pinches everything in your shoulder when you raise your arms overhead. In his research, 90 out of 92 patients avoided surgery just by hanging consistently. That is a 98% success rate. And it costs zero dollars! Now here is the catch. You need to hang for longer than a minute to see real benefits. If you cannot hang that long yet, start with your feet still on the ground, sink into it, and build from there. I truly appreciate the support from my community and all those standing with me. I welcome the initiative to mobilize people from my community. At the same time, I urge our coordinators on the ground to engage with other communities in the areas as well, so that after connecting with my own community, I can also meet and listen to members of other communities. Throughout my political journey, I have been supported by people from all tribes and communities across Kenya. We must reject tribal politics and embrace politics that unites all Kenyans. We were one decent strike away from a 96th minute defeat, going out to a non-league team for the first time since 1914/15 luckily for us it was a poor toe poke. I have been blessed to play in some very loud football games. Imagine real quick: You are shoulder to shoulder with someone, your mouth is right up to their ear, and you are screaming at the top of your lungs. And they can barely hear you. In my opinion, the loudest was Clemson vs. Louisville 2016. #5 vs. #3. Notre Dame in 2015 is a close 2nd. I believe today’s game vs. USC has the potential to be the loudest of all time. And man am I stoked to be a part of it. Noon game smoon game, let’s burn it down baby.

“I wanted to quit tennis in 2018. In March I lost the first round in Miami, I said I can’t., I just have to go somewhere and so on. Then I went with my family, we were in the Dominican Republic with our friends and there was a tennis court, they started playing so after I don’t know after how many days of break I didn’t go near a court or play tennis anymore. And then my wife was playing and I’m a bit like watching, she’s playing with her son and I’m like can I hear. It is with great sadness that the time has come for me to hang up my playing boots. From my first days at Barca, Arsenal, Barca again, Chelsea, Monaco and Como, I will treasure them all. From lifting the World Cup, the Euros, to winning everything in England and Spain and nearly all the European trophies, it has been a journey that I’ll never forget. All those who have helped me, my teammates, coaches, directors, presidents, owners, fans and my agent. To all my family, from my parents and my sister to my wife and kids, I cherish your advice, mentorship and guidance. To my opponents who tried to knock me, thank you for making me stronger. It has already been more than worth it with all the great memories and friends that I have made on the way. I’ve also learnt 3 languages and became more compassionate and wiser along my travels. I lived experiences that I never thought in a million years I would even come close to. It’s not all sadness though as I’m now going to cross the white line and start coaching the B and Primavera teams of Como 1907. A club and a project I couldn’t be more excited about. This charming football team won my heart from the first minute and came to me at the perfect time in my career. I will grab it with both hands. So after 20 incredible years full of sacrifice, dedication and joy, it’s time to say thank you and goodbye to the beautiful game. I loved every minute. Cesc
