No. It’s sublimation of ice to water vapor (evaporation) which erodes like wind erodes sand, but about 20x slower.

How does this form? Is it Wind over a long timespan? It looks somewhat being against physics 😅

I think what we are really seeing here is a lake or river that froze (slowly from the top down, that's how you get clear ice like that), then some warmer water flowed over it and carved those patterns, then the water source froze up or stopped somehow leaving this for us to marvel at.

I wonder at what temperature it needs to be to freeze water moving at that speed. I'm sure someone has done a calculation of this somewhere.
