The information in this video is incorrect. There is no such thing as “high cholesterol” or “bad cholesterol”. This was created by Big Pharma to sell Statin drugs. Which are dangerous. Cholesterol is made by the liver. And we need LOTS of cholesterol to keep our brain healthy.
