Water is a basic necessity and Railways cannot deprive travellers for water. Passenger is right and should not be punished. Rather Railways & staff must be penalised for running train without water.

chain pulling done only for emergency but seen first time for no water in bogie.

Assume if everyone behaves like this. A 4 hour journey can become 8 just because of such actions from different people

We are facing same issues in our coach there is no water from last 4 hrs and it's 6:30AM and they closed issue like this @IRCTCofficial we can't pull chain as train is already running late by 1 hr 30min

What is the use of stopping the train somewhere on tracks...stupid passengers...do the same in the next station na...don't allow it to move... atleast they will fill the water .what can they do in between stations. Already trains are running late...and then stupid acts like this

That should be the last resort, first thing should be making a formal complaint through available means. There r several ways available to make a complaint.

Pulling chain will delay running of trains. Complain on there number and whenever you reach a station, there you ensure that they fill the train before its leaves. Period

The same should be done when ticketless passengers fill up the coach. Don't let the train move till they are removed

This is what Indians generally are they only care for their convenience and can cause nuisance , harassment or even harm for a larger group of people the amount of entitlement they have must be beaten black and blue by the masses as the state has failed

That man turned a water problem into a full train halt, talk about making a splash. Imagine if everyone did that for minor issues, the rail network would move slower than traffic on Diwali night. Maybe next time, someone will pull the chain for cold chai too.

in mahan purush ko shayad lagta hai ki is chain ko khichne se paani aata hoga ?? paani to agle station par hi bhara jaa sakta hai, chahe tum kuch bhi karlo .. isliye 139 par complaint karo or shanti se baitho.

Pulling chains will halt everyone's journey. people will do it for silly reasons later..eg. serving bad food etc. It's not a good step to take. What if someone has connecting trains or buses to go home. I think we r trapped among ourselves. We Need better ways to protest.
