What kind of research is this? Because this is completely useless. What is the output chemical from the interaction of the plastic with the oil and the hydrocarbons and how does it if any affect the consumer? What is the long term effect of any, what is the micro-plastic residue left on the plantain after frying? And the questions can go on and on and on… rather than saying it’s crunchier, how does that help?

Then you really didn’t understand the whole idea of using polytene. You have to leave both in the open for days and see which one goes flat first, then and only then would you have drawn a conclusion.

The next time you use a frying pan, make sure to turn the handle towards the oppsite side. 1 wrong hand movement is all it takes.
