Today I finally experienced FSD V14 backing up and reacting to a car in real time like this. The car in front of me stopped too far past the white line in the intersection and started reversing. My Model Y recognized the reverse lights and made some room for it. Sentience! My car would have kept going and made even more room, but the car behind me wasn't moving.

Tonight, I tested the latest Tesla FSD build v14.2.1.25 on my Cybertruck while turning into my neighborhood—and unfortunately, the persistent phantom emergency braking bug is still there. The vehicle suddenly slams on the brakes, detecting a nonexistent “ghost” obstacle in the road. (See video) This issue first appeared with FSD v14.1 and hasn’t been resolved yet. 📍 GPS location: 28.240491, -81.606942 My nearby friend with a 2025 Cybertruck experiences the exact same problem at the same location. Notably, it happens in both FSD mode and regular manual driving—but only started after the v14.1 update. I’d really appreciate reposts to help bring this to the attention of Tesla AI, Ashok Elluswamy, or Elon Musk so the team can prioritize a fix! 🚀

By far the most unsafe driving by FSD HW#3 in my 8 year experience with it. Navigation gets confused and takes this left instead of the suicide lane next intersection. I was hoping it would slow down to a stop but it did not. The car to the right was thankfully paying attention and acted defensively to prevent an accident! Navigation is the biggest problem of FSD

Green arrow to turn left and FSD starts to go then suddenly stops, I'm thinking why did you stop I hit the accelerator pedal, it breaks again at the same time a SUV barrels through the intersection running a red light. From my view In the car I never saw the vehicle. Had I been in any other vehicle and pressed the accelerator I have no doubt I would have been T- boned in my driver side door. This happens everyday and lives are lost. This technology saves lives. Thank you Tesla and Tesla_AI for keeping us safe anywhere we go. 2026 Model Y AWD on V14.3.6
