The real job of consultants like this is to siphon as much money as possible from the companies they "consult" for.

So funny. So true. Consultants run you ragged, providing them information that they simply rearrange and spit back to you in a nice binder. Plus a $200k bill.

I've worked with these consultants. I've gotten them to go away when we have a specific problem and I tell them they are the experts can they advise a specific solution to this problem. This has worked 100% of the time. They create slides and "action trackers" in excel. Bullshit
