Fucking pig cops that do not know basic laws and rights and will detain without probable cause and over their own bruised fragile egos. These fucking idiots returned to work as usual after illegally detaining someone that was recording them and didn't want to be identified, those are not...

wow, the older male cop is a boot licking bitch. He would knowingly comply with unconstitutional and legal orders in order to protect himself from the inconvenience of being arrested. Ladies and gentlemen, this is a licking bitch by definition.

I worked at a police Academy in the state of Georgia. To be a police officer you need a GED and no felony conviction. That’s it. They are not taught the constitution. They are normally the dumbest and most aggressive among us. Aside from the 300 and 400 pounders that graduated.

It’s easier to be a cop than a pilot, a licensed electrician! How about make it a 4 year apprenticeship and make them study and pass basic test with law knowledge and let’s pay them 25% more but they will be held accountable for bullshit like this and be fired

Cops don't even know the law, they are just drunk on power, and then use the badge to cover up wrongdoing

We give cops badges with little training in the Constitution. In fact most Americans are ignorant of their own rights.

It really drives home the point how incredibly stupid and power hungry a lot of these cops are and furthermore they don’t care. They have no desire to be better!!!

@Irfm_ent They railroaded me, they called me incompetent, I started a federal case made the younger abstention hurdle for my 4th amendment, and they forced a plea against 20 to life for sitting in my truck minding my business

That guy is why cops make the best Nazis. In WW2 they used cops as Nazis because they would follow any order including taking people to the edge of the woods and dig their own graves.

Ignorance of the law is no excuse means that a person cannot avoid legal responsibility simply because they were unaware of a law...Unless you're a cop. They actually are very familiar with the law; they choose to violate the law because they have qualified immunity.

Law officer doesn’t know, meaning that he doesn’t understand the 4th amendment. There’s a big problem when they don’t know the law.

No offense to any public service member but the way cops are hired isn’t to any high standard. My dad was a cop. He wasn’t close to being smart and used his social status and who he knew to fly by in life. He was corrupt. There needs to be a better system hiring in these type of positions. I served as an Army Infantry soldier so yes I can compare.

What does it mean when Law Enforcement doesn’t know the law….? They just go out into the world enforcing their feelings, thinking their feelings are the law.

Tyrants… under color of law violate rights. Title 18 USC 241-242 and can be sued individually without immunity under Title 42-1983 for deprivation of rights under color of law. Should take their pensions and have them fired along with no ability to ever be an officer again.

I’ll say it again, local law enforcement needs to stop hiring retards into public service. Too many police are low intellectually funk functioning idiots. She has absolutely no clue what her job is and what’s the extent and boundaries for which she is limited.

#Breakling /calmify — Same view. Less heat. Cops who don't know basic rights and detain people without probable cause because their egos got bruised are a real problem. These officers went back to work like nothing happened after detaining someone for recording them and refusing to identify themselves. Neither of those is a crime, and neither is grounds for detainment. That's not okay.

Redleg 的头像

They don’t know our rights where law enforcement is concerned? I’m calling bullshit. This is not incompetence, it is an ego driven superiority complex. A violation of their oath and our rights. Do not speak a word to police other than “I do not answer questions”, then go silent.

🚨BREAKING: Masked, armed Border Patrol agents illegally detain U.S. citizens, attempting to open their doors, and then threaten them, for simply driving in their own Minneapolis neighborhood. In the video, Border Patrol agents exit an unmarked van with pepper spray visible and begin walking toward a car that is filming them. The vehicle is parked at a distance. The occupants are not blocking agents, not interfering, and not even close enough to physically impede anything. They are simply observing and recording from a public street, which is a constitutionally protected activity. As agents approach, the women calmly state they will not roll down their window and explain they are just driving through their own neighborhood. They are under no legal obligation to engage, identify themselves, or open their vehicle in the absence of reasonable suspicion or a lawful order. An agent then attempts to open the passenger door anyway, without consent, without a warrant, and without probable cause. The only thing preventing this from becoming a forcible entry is the fact that the doors are locked. After failing to gain access, the agent falsely claims the women are “impeding a federal operation” by “following” them, despite the video showing no pursuit, no interference, and no obstruction whatsoever. Observation and filming in public is not a crime. He then issues a threat, stating they will “not get a second warning,” before returning to his vehicle. This is not law enforcement. This is intimidation, attempted unlawful detention, and an attempted vehicle entry without legal authority, carried out against U.S. citizens who were exercising their constitutional rights. And if armed federal agents feel comfortable escalating like this over nothing, the question isn’t whether this was legal, because it wasn’t. The question is how long Americans are expected to tolerate federal agents threatening, lying to, and attempting to detain citizens for the crime of being present in public and refusing to submit.
