Fine Gael’s Patrick O'Donovan Minister for Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport and Media of Ireland, says that he is going to push hard to bring in the digital ID to protect the “European Child” They cannot even say Irish children anymore! He says he is struggling to make a living with rising costs. Also says how no roads were blocked, and that this was taken into consideration for emergency vehicles. He apologises for the disruption, but wants people to be thinking about the issue. The disruption in Belfast comes after similar demonstrations in the Republic of Ireland disrupted fuel supplies, port operations, and traffic in city centres and on motorways for a week. First Minister Michelle O’Neill and Deputy First Minister Emma Little-Pengelly BL last week wrote to Prime Minister Keir Starmer urging him to bring forward a package of support measures for people here. Health Minister Mike Nesbitt said he would be concerned if roads were blocked. He said: “Just engage in legitimate, legal protest. “Today, as is the case every day, there will be well over 100,000 engagements or interactions between the HSC and the public.”

This week’s appearance by Meta, Tiktok and Google before the Oireachtas Communications Committee proved yet again that Big Tech cannot be trusted to protect children online because Big Tech is in the business of psychological manipulation and keeping people hooked. That’s why it’s pretty shameful that Minister Patrick O’Donovan is not committing to banning access to social media for under-16s, when other countries are realising that children’s welfare requires this.

Thank you to all the love, support & messages about my dancing last night on strictly. I promise you now, I’m going in to next week and I’m going to give it everything I’ve got. Can’t wait to get back in training tomorrow! I have got a cheeky crumble and loads of custard for desert. I’m sending love to you all out there whatever you are doing and keep on smiling. Ireland rises up against mass immigration! Thousands of Irish citizens took to the streets of Dublin over the weekend to protest both legal and illegal mass migration. People from all walks of life attended the demonstration on Sunday to voice their concerns. While many Western countries are experiencing an influx of migration, Ireland is unique — it appears to be at the forefront of grassroots opposition to the issue. Why is it that we only see massive numbers of people speaking out against mass migration in Ireland? The Irish protest regularly on this issue, so why aren't other countries doing the same? This is for all the people in the arena ( your life, your career, your family ) who are doing it for them .. not for the validation of the crowd One of the great issues in our society right now is that people live their lives for outside validation, for the clicks, for the likes, for the followers, for the comments. This isn't just in social media. This is happening in the analog and real world too. Too many people are keeping up with the Joneses and worried about what people think about them. They worry about what people think about how much money they have, what school they go to, or even worse, what school their kids go to, and on and on and on … I will continue to make content with the hope it breaks someone out of the hamster wheel and that’s that ❤️❤️❤️❤️
