Joseph Kabila, after being unmasked in all his sly machinations, seems to be losing control and wallowing in incoherent statements. In his previous media appearance, he did not hesitate to support the M23, an armed group of which he is the presumed godfather, only to attempt today to play the victim card. We are not fooled! Kabila presents himself as a rebel, head of the Alliance of Congolese Forces (AFC) and architect of a strategy aimed at destabilizing the DRC while draping himself in the garments of legitimacy. Kabila’s duplicity is evident: he oscillates between supporting rebel factions and feigning concern for the well-being of his people. It is time to denounce these perfidious maneuvers and demand accountability from this former head of state who has become the provocateur of chaos in the DRC.
