🚨NOW: ICE agents were CAUGHT ON VIDEO admitting they illegally arrested a man for not having an ID. A father, in Watts, California, was driving his child to school when ICE stopped him and arrested him. When asked why, the agent says: “He didn’t cooperate… he didn’t give us an ID… that’s why.” Not: “He’s undocumented.” Not: “We have a warrant.” Not: “He committed a crime.” Because he didn’t hand over his ID. But, here’s the problem… ICE can’t just pull someone over, or detain them, without a legal basis. They need things like… a warrant, or specific information that ties a person to an immigration violation. And, in the U.S., there is no law requiring people to carry ID, or prove citizenship on demand, without suspicion of a crime. So, refusing to show ID, or answer questions, is not, by itself, a legal reason to arrest someone. Meaning, the ICE agent admitted, on camera, that he illegally detaining a man, who was just trying to take his child to school. They are replacing warrants, and legal justification, with “he didn’t cooperate.” And that’s a very bad place for any system to drift into. It means your rights don’t rely on legal justification anymore… they rely on whether you can immediately satisfy an agent’s demands, in real time.

Two ladies call an Uber to pick them up for a ride. As they get settled in to the Uber, they ask the driver to turn the air conditioner on. The driver refuses and tells the women that if they had wanted A/C then they should have paid for an Uber comfort. The women continue to argue with the driver telling him all cars have an A/C and they are simply asking for him to turn it on. He still refuses and said that he does not use the A/C on regular standard fares because it burns his gas faster. *side note: This is NOT Uber’s policy, just the man being cheap. According to Uber, A/C is required on every ride. Would you ask to get out of the car immediately or would you complete your ride? Would you contact Uber to report this driver or just give him a bad rating?
