That's a good question, Chapel. It may not be fair according to Dabo but he's paid $11M+ a year and he can answer some difficult questions or at least not drip with condescension and arrogance after falling flat on his face in game 1. He's the one that said he didn't need to use the portal for a QB, more OL and more DL so he owes an explanation, to those who fund his program - the fans, for why it was just absolutely embarrassed.

Dabo is lost in the sauce. Whether it’s the best team in the country or not. Why did Clemson get beat by 41? Why was Clemson not prepared? We are talking in terms of on paper 16th most talented team in the country getting be by 41 and looking like they have never played the game before.

Please ask him word-for-word the same question at the end of the year

Chapel, I think you touched a nerve on that question. Was it fair overall probably not but considering how things went last year and how it started this year I totally support you in asking Dabo. You could tell from his tone he wasnt happy with it.

All of you upset about this answer, what did you want him to say? Not a bad answer. It’s fair. Highly unlikely, but what if they did go 11-1? We wouldn’t even remember this LSU game. I think it’s fair to ask at the end.

to be fair he’s right. he may have the wrong attitude about it. but one terrible game. we will see after we get into a little bit of acc play. unc @ cal then miami. if we hold our own and start 3-2 that’s better than we were last year, and playing tougher competition

What a condescending response. Good question. And whether you played football is irrelevant. Dabo should be embarrassed by how he answered the question and even more so by how he drove an elite program off a cliff the last six years.

Not that happy with the answer but I get why he answered it that way. How demoralizing to the players who will listen that their coach believes they suck and will continue to suck and we should have gotten better players in the portal?

Tell me that he wants questions that "kiss his ass" without telling me "he wants questions that kiss his ass". You don't get to dodge questions when you are the most overpaid coach in college football and just got hammered on Saturday.
