I’d build these myself however I don’t have the 1.5 million dollars in tools that I’d clearly need to do it.

I prefer saw horses that I can lift. If I need to hold 4000 pounds I will use steel.

I get told these are overkill.

Why laminate? Just buy dimensional lumber / timbers??

I can give an example, as the author does to make everything look expensive, but my work is cooler and more expensive, but not with tools worth 100,000 bucks, but work with two grinders costing 50 bucks.

Now do the comparison video with a 70 year old Japanese craftsman building the same thing, but better with a square, one handsaw, one hand plane, two chisels, and a hammer (and not even a bench)

Who even uses these?! I found what I needed with the bare minimum of tools. And that's two minutes of my life wasted on idiocy. Bro, no one does that anywhere, not even for themselves.😂

I definitely need that angle sander. But most of this can be accomplished in a pickup bed with 3 tools.

I don’t understand why not start with a 6x6 or 8x8 single piece of wood.

Question why do you offset lumber 1/2in from the end? Pattern?
