Seedance 2.0 vs. Seedance 2.0 Mini Actually, I tested this directly in Dreamina. It's already available on my account, but it seems Dreamina hasn't announced it on their social media yet 😆 Anyway, here are my first impressions. Basically, it's not bad... not bad at all. However, when I tested it with something more action-oriented, the difference was huge. It depends on your goal, but I don't think I'll use Seedance 2.0 Mini for action-heavy prompts. I could be wrong though, and I need to do more testing. For something that looks simpler and more natural, Seedance 2.0 Mini is surprisingly good. You can still notice some glitches or artifacts from time to time, but overall it's pretty decent. It's definitely not worse than the current version of Grok Imagine Video 😂😂In fact, this is what Grok Imagine should be. They're almost there but Instead, they're going backwards. I think only Tetsuo and Freeze keep saying Grok Imagine is the best model in the world LMAO 🤣🤣🤣 Still, I think Seedance 2.0 Mini delivers exactly what it promises. It's cheaper, faster, although it comes with a slight sacrifice in quality (well obviously it's a mini version of it), although not as much as I expected based on my initial tests. I think in the end, you need to identify your needs and decide when to use Mini, when to use Fast, and when to use the full version. At this stage, I can't say much yet, but I'll keep exploring it further. Meanwhile, check out the video comparison I made here.

jihoon reminiscing Hello Tour and was feeling emotional cause he missed his past self that was full of hopes and dreams ☹️ 🐶 during the Hello Tour, I really felt a lot of things. it was my first time visiting so many countries. when I think of Hello Tour, there’s a certain scent I associate with it. there’s a kind of vibe. Reboot has one, and Pulse On is still being made 🐶 Hello Tour was my first tour, so everything felt so fun and so impressive. honestly, I suddenly feel a bit sad. why am I suddenly sad? I feel kind of emotional. 🐶 maybe it’s because im getting older, and even though there are obviously good things that come with time passing, there are also things that don’t feel as good anymore. I keep thinking about that. 🐶 what age was I during Hello Tour again? I think I was 23? it was 2022 yeah I was 23. back then, in my early 20s, I had a lot of worries too, but still, there was something about that time. it feels kind of nostalgic. 🐶 now that I think about it, I feel like I had more dreams than reality back then. but now i’ve grown older, and I feel like im slowly compromising more with reality. 🐶 I kind of don’t like the current version of myself. rather than “don’t like” it’s more that I miss the past me. something like that. 🐶 anyway, that’s how I feel. but I can’t go back anymore. time has passed, and while there are things that have become better, there are things I need to let go of too, so I guess I should let them go. cr. _hoonzip

[trans] WWD THAILAND IG POST ⚫️: ✊🏻✊🏻✊🏻 🐰: Hi, I’m Win. Hi WWD pls come in 😊 ⚫️: What do you like most about coming to Seoul? 🐰: What I like the most... when I come to Seoul, I think of shopping. I feel like there are so many things to shop for here. 🛍️ ⚫️: After traveling continuously without a break, how do you recharge your energy? 🐰: That's a good question. I actually want everyone to share how they recharge their energy when they fly a lot too. But for me, it's sleeping 🛌 . I try to save up as much time to sleep as possible, and then... eating. Eating delicious food. 😋 ⚫️: What are you particularly into right now? 🐰: Actually, right now, I feel like I want to go learn scuba diving 🤿 . It's one of those things... at first, I was someone who was really afraid of diving because I was afraid of fish 😖🐠 I felt like I didn't want to go down and have fish constantly nipping at me. 😅But when I asked people who go diving, they said that the fish don't bother us at all when we dive. So, I felt like I wanted to try it out too, because it would be a moment where I could be with myself 🧘 ⚫️: If “Nong Win” (your younger version) saw you tonight, what would he say? 🐰: “Nong Win”... when he sees... “Phi Win”...oh it's correct 😆. Yeah, he... he’d probably be like, "Oh, today you're a Phi now. Behave yourself a little." 😄 ⚫️: How would you describe your look tonight? 🐰: For tonight's look, I tried to make it match the watch as much as possible, while still being able to go to a formal event, and go to a party as well. So it came out in the look of a brown corduroy jacket but inside, I didn't wear a shirt because that would be too formal, so I chose a tank top instead. And then white pants to match the strap of our watch. ✨ ⚫️: What do you like in particular about this watch model? 🐰: I think... this model is actually a model that you'll see has a strap that's like a... a rubber strap, right? Not a steel strap. I think it can... it's suitable for people who are active and like doing activities, going outside, going on adventures. If you get sweaty or anything like that, it's fine because it can resist water very well. And I think it looks sporty, looks suitable for an... adventurous line. You can go scuba diving with this model too. 😊 ⚫️: What do you think you will see at the party tonight? 🐰: I think I should be able to see beautiful watches, and get to meet more people in the watch industry, and meet with designers who collaborated as well. 💚 📌 AUDEMARS PIGUET X WIN #AudemarsPiguet #RoyalOakConcept #APxYV #AudemarsPiguetxWin #winmetawin #WWDThailand

Here’s my review after reading the Gospel of Thomas 😊 Background: Gospel of Thomas is one of the books found by farmers in old clay jars in Egypt in 1945. When the ancient Coptic writing style was compared to writing styles over the years, experts determined the book was likely written between the years 100 and 200 CE. Over the centuries, ancient Christians had quoted Gospel of Thomas here and there, but a full copy of the book had been lost until the 1945 discovery. The book is said to have been written by Doubting Thomas, the disciple of Jesus. Of course the copy found in Egypt was likely translated from Thomas’ original writing some years after he wrote it. After reading it myself, I was shocked to find how very many of the sayings are in the Bible. It is a book of parables only, not the full story of Jesus. Some of the parables in Thomas are not in the Bible. I’ve heard from Christians who are scared to read something about Jesus that’s not in the Bible. When I hear that, I always think of the last verse of the Book of John which says: “And there are also many other things which Jesus did, the which, if they should be written every one, I suppose that even the world itself could not contain the books that should be written. Amen.” So John makes clear that Jesus’ whole story is not in the Bible. How delightful, after telling God I’d love to learn more of Jesus’ story, that I come across these sayings.😊🙏🏼 What’s your take?

Jimmy speaking up about LOL tickets resale prices: “some prices just don’t make sense… even if you can afford it, maybe hold back a bit.” 🎫 💸 JIMMY AT HUAWEI SIAM PARAGON #HuaweiSiamParagonxJimmy #LOLFanFest2026 💬: What’s your next plan? 💜: The next plan is LOL. 💬: How’s that going? 💜: First of all, I’m happy for everyone who got a ticket. But I’d like to use this space to warn the fans: for those who didn't get one and are looking to buy resold tickets at prices that just... don't make sense... I mean, it’s your money, and if you're happy to pay, I won't stop you. But I personally feel that when the price becomes nonsensical, you really shouldn't pay. I want to look out for the fans on that. 💬: There were people who grabbed a ticket and jacked the price up to six figures! 💜: Honestly, I’m not happy about the prices climbing that high. I understand it’s a basic social mechanism, high demand and limited supply. Market forces work that way for everything, not just concerts. I used to be a "sneakerhead," and when limited shoes came out and prices doubled or tripled, I was willing to pay. But when the price is like... 🤨 [calculating] ...30 or 40 times the original? Even if you have the money, you should hit the brakes a bit. 💬: So you feel it’s just not worth it to pay six figures? 💜: Yes. Honestly, it is a huge event, but we also have Live Streaming available. And let’s be real, this won't be the last time you ever see us. I understand it’s a big deal and everyone wants to come support their favorite artists, but I think I can speak for all the LOL boys when I say: some things just aren't reasonable. I want fans to keep that in mind. 💬: Do you feel "down" or discouraged when fans comment saying they couldn't get a ticket at all? 💜: Personally, I don't feel down. Like I said, it’s supply and demand. There are fans who did manage to get them, and if I were sad, it wouldn't be fair to them. We should congratulate them! All of us in LOL will just focus on doing our absolute best to make the show worth the wait and worthy of this incredible response. 💬: What’s your take on how to handle people who resell at such inflated prices? 💜: 🙂‍↔️ I honestly don't know how to solve it. We’ve already been discussing this with friends and the management. We sit down and ask, "How do we deal with this?" Someone suggests one way, but it might disadvantage one group of people. Another suggestion might hurt another group. If anyone has a great solution, please share it! We’re listening. If it’s a good idea, we’ll improve things for the next event. If the executives see a comment with a viable method, I’d be very happy to hear it. 💬: So the LOL gang isn't just staying silent about this issue? 💜: I think the executives have seen this from the start. It’s not just GMMTV; every company selling concert tickets is trying to deal with this. It’s just that the perfect solution hasn't been found yet. 💬: How’s the preparation coming along? 💜: Right now, the behind-the-scenes team, choreographers, and show creators are starting to consult with the artists. We’re currently in the song selection phase. 💬: Are you guys pitching your own ideas? 💜: Yeah, there’s some of that. We’ve talked about wanting to do things a certain way this year. 💬: So it's all in the preparation stage? 💜: We’re still in the discussion phase with the team. 💬: Nothing set in stone yet for the performance? 💜: 😊 Yes. The exact show structure isn't crystal clear yet, but the theme is very distinct. It’s the racing theme, right? We're working on the show now.

"What’s basically wrong with Kubrick’s version of 'The Shining' (1980) is that it’s a film by a man who thinks too much & feels too little; and that’s why, for all its virtuoso effects, it never gets you by the throat and hangs on the way real horror should." --- Stephen King Full Excerpt: "Stanley Kubrick‘s version of 'The Shining' (1980) is a lot tougher for me to evaluate [than 'Carrie' (1976)], because I’m still profoundly ambivalent about the whole thing. I’d admired Kubrick for a long time and had great expectations for the project, but I was deeply disappointed in the end result. Parts of the film are chilling, charged with a relentlessly claustrophobic terror, but others fall flat. I think there are two basic problems with the movie. First, Kubrick is a very cold man—pragmatic and rational—and he had great difficulty conceiving, even academically, of a supernatural world. He used to make transatlantic calls to me from England at odd hours of the day and night, and I remember once he rang up at seven in the morning and asked, “Do you believe in God?” I wiped the shaving cream away from my mouth, thought a minute and said, “Yeah, I think so.” Kubrick replied, “No, I don’t think there is a God,” and hung up. Not that religion has to be involved in horror, but a visceral skeptic such as Kubrick just couldn’t grasp the sheer inhuman evil of the Overlook Hotel. So he looked, instead, for evil in the characters and made the film into a domestic tragedy with only vaguely supernatural overtones. That was the basic flaw: Because he couldn’t believe, he couldn’t make the film believable to others. The second problem was in characterization and casting. Jack Nicholson, though a fine actor, was all wrong for the part. His last big role had been in 'One Flew over the Cuckoo’s Nest' (1975), and between that and his manic grin, the audience automatically identified him as a loony from the first scene. But the book is about Jack Torrance’s gradual descent into madness through the malign influence of the Overlook, which is like a huge storage battery charged with an evil powerful enough o corrupt all those who come into contact with it. If the guy is nuts to begin with, then the entire tragedy of his downfall is wasted. For that reason, the film has no center and no heart, despite its brilliantly unnerving camera angles and dazzling use of the Steadicam. What’s basically wrong with Kubrick’s version of 'The Shining' is that it’s a film by a man who thinks too much and feels too little; and that’s why, for all its virtuoso effects, it never gets you by the throat and hangs on the way real horror should. I’d like to remake 'The Shining' someday, maybe even direct it myself if anybody will give me enough rope to hang myself with." (From Stephen King's interview to Playboy, 1983) P.S: On this day, 46 years ago, "The Shining" (1980) had its limited release in the USA & Turkey.
