Southwest rebooked a flight fraudulently and had I known I could have gotten a cheaper flight for 850 bucks. A class action lawsuit needs to be filed

@SouthwestAir @USDOT @FOX4 If he is not saying “I am setting aside my full $9.1M per year salary aside to split amongst each customer who had their flight cancelled.”, then he should say nothing.

@SouthwestAir @USDOT @FOX4 It’s happened 3x in the last 14 months. This is just the worst and most visible of the three. It will happen again in the next year. No changes will have been made. They will screw people over again. They will force an apology again.

@cnote_vegas @SouthwestAir @USDOT @FOX4 Fire him. He knew this could be an issue and did nothing about it. When pilots and crew had 23+ hour wait times to inform this “system” of where they were, it’s beyond an apology.
