Logs stored on USB drives required by law were changed from the end of one vote count day, at close, to the next day, when the counting resumed the next day. When an audit was granted, a useless visual examination of ONLY the outside of the USB drives were allowed. No internal information on the USB drives were allowed to be accessed during the audit.
