I thought it was incomplete until guys saying he needed full control with arm going forward. With that rule, I felt clearly it was a fumble. His arm was going forward but ball was not secured. Idk. They turned it real quick.

When his arm goes forward, the ball IS still in his hand BUT it’s clearly in his fingertips, not in his palm. That’s hardly firm control.
