It's certainly enough to charge someone with sexual assault. It's not enough to convict. It'd probably be very difficult to convict someone on rape in this current criminal justice system, contrary to what men's rights activists & numerous other people say. But there is definitely enough to charge this person. So unless there is new information that I'm not privy to, even then I'd have to make a new assessment, the number of red flags & the additional things that he has said, paint a picture that I am uncomfortable with."
