Fun Fact: My single player games play offline with no internet connection but the XboxGamePassUltimate games like Doom The Dark Ages and Aphelion needs online connection because of XboxGamePass, even though they are single player games. A new study showed that some of the rougher games you can do with dogs (safely of course) like tug, chase, wrestling, etc, are really good for strengthening the emotional bond with your dog and the dog with you. Obviously, nothing should get wild or out of hand, but the silly games outperformed everything else from passive games to training. Does anyone else have silly games they play with their dogs that are a little rough and tumble?

I’m loving how more & more games are abandoning live service for single player. DRAGONSWORD AWAKENING was originally a gacha game, now it’s coming in July 2026 as a premium single player action RPG And all the characters who were in “packs” will just be gained through gameplay now. I hope we keep seeing more of this. Lots of cool games that would be sick to play if they leave behind live service. Nice!
