Has anyone else noticed Following your gut gets better with practice? Is intuition a skill?

“Following our guts” is literally what kept us alive for millions of years, so it mustn’t be that bad…

Our stomachs have more serotonin receptors than our brains. A body in fear/high stress, has low serotonin levels & the stomach will shut off until it calms down enough to safely eat.

Also important to be careful with what you eat, animals that die in fear, torture & pain, those chemicals released are still in the meat, even after cooking, that you absorb yourself. Now I’m not saying go raw plant based like me, we’re all on our own paths so I don’t judge, but definitely find more ethical sources of your meat. Grass fed, free roaming animals, that are killed in less painfull ways. Respect the animal on your plate before you eat it, words are frequencies and just like in cymatics, blessing the food can help too :)

Makes you think about meat from animal slaughterhouses. The fear, stress, and suffering the animals go through in their last moments of life… the chemicals their bodies release during their death.

Bees spread the fear response using pheromones too. That’s another way that ‘honey talks’.

I mean, from a purely biological evolutionary standpoint, this makes perfect sense
